ACT Psychological Flexibility
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy identifies six core processes that together create psychological flexibility — the ability to contact the present moment fully, and to persist or change behavior in service of your values.
You'll move through each of the six ACT processes one at a time. For each, you'll rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10. At the end, you'll receive a scored breakdown and an interpretation of your psychological flexibility profile.
There are no right answers. Answer based on how things generally feel for you, not your ideal or your worst day.

Psychological flexibility is not a fixed trait — it is a practice. Lower scores in any area point to where your growth edge is, not to a deficit in who you are. ACT is built on the idea that all six processes can be cultivated with awareness and practice, in therapy or on your own.
