Are you frustrated with barriers in achieving your health goals and could use some guidance? As a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition since 2020, Suze supports clients in reaching their health and wellness goals through a deeply personalized, whole-person lens.
Hippocrates said, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." What he knew centuries ago still holds: food and a balanced lifestyle can heal and empower you. When you feel healthy, it can transform your outlook on life and your sense of potential.
Change is possible with small, sustainable steps. Suze's approach is affirming, strength-based, collaborative, and judgment-free — a space where you will feel heard, accepted, and gently challenged to accomplish your goals without guilt or shame. Together, you'll build a program designed exclusively for you, examining all aspects of your life: stress, sleep hygiene, relaxation, and your relationship to food.
If you're ready to embark on the next leg of your health journey, Suze is excited to help.
Dr. Watters completed his naturopathic doctoral training at Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, concurrently earning a Master of Science in traditional South Asian medicine (Ayurveda). His clinical focus includes botanical medicine, and he handcrafts individualized herbal formulas tailored to each patient.
He went on to complete a two-year residency in Integrative Psychiatry at the AIMS Institute in Seattle, deepening his specialization in complex mental health and chronic conditions. He has since worked with hundreds of patients navigating complex, chronic illness — committed to helping each find a clearer path toward improved wellness.
Dr. Watters is certified as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider and has supported numerous patients through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in collaboration with prescribing physicians, witnessing meaningful and lasting improvements in trauma.
A veteran of the Army National Guard, he continues to support members of the military community and has completed additional training through the Veterans Administration. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as a 911 emergency medical technician, deepening his respect for frontline care. Outside the clinic, he is active with the Mountaineers — hiking, backpacking, and hunting in the Pacific Northwest.
Well connected within the King County medical community, Dr. Watters can coordinate care with trusted specialists when needed. Above all, he values trust, authenticity, and genuine human connection in the therapeutic relationship.
