I believe that for therapy to be effective, a space must be created in which the client feels safe to become their full authentic self. When the individual is seen and heard without judgement, acceptance and growth can begin to unfold.
My primary trainings are in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, the Hakomi Method, and Existential Psychotherapy. I practice a holistic approach that incorporates the physical, mental, and spiritual facets of our being. Because these aspects of self are so deeply connected, finding healing in one area naturally invites positive change across the whole system.
I incorporate mindfulness into much of my work and have witnessed the profound impact that breathwork and returning to the present moment can have. Together, we will find the roots of your empowerment and reconnect with your intrinsic ability to become your own greatest healer.
I am a certified Yoga Nidra iRest (Integrative Restoration) Level I Teacher and a certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist.
