Rate whether there is an enduring pattern of maladaptive personality traits, such as suspiciousness, impulsivity, emotional lability, detachment, perfectionistic rigidity, or exploitiveness. The question is not merely whether traits are present, but whether they are stable, cross-situational, impairing, and trait-like rather than state-driven.
