When energy is low and everything feels heavy, your system may be conserving what little it has left. This is not a moment for effort or expansion. This is a moment for contact, weight, and permission to be exactly as you are.

  • Notice where your body is supported right now.
  • Let your weight sink into that support.
  • If it feels okay, place one hand on your chest or belly.
  • Do not change the breath. Let it do what it wants.

(Stay here for 2–3 minutes, or longer if it feels safe.)
