Savor and Settle

🌿 Savor and Settle

"Let the good be real."

When you feel connected and present, your system is doing something important. It is learning that safety is possible, and that ease can last. This practice is about savoring, which helps your body remember this state and return to it more easily.

Try this, slowly:

  • Look around and name three things you can see.
  • Name two things that feel pleasant or neutral in your body.
  • Name one thing you appreciate in this moment, even if it is small.
  • Take one fuller breath in, then exhale gently and let your shoulders soften.

(Stay here for 1 to 3 minutes, or as long as you want.)

“This moment is allowed to be good.”

“I can receive what is here.”

“Ease is not a trick, it is real.”
