"I can rest here."

This practice is for moments when you feel deeply grounded. Nothing needs to change. We are simply letting your system take in the experience of safety, the way sunlight warms stone, slowly and quietly.

Try this, gently:

  • Let your jaw loosen and your shoulders soften.
  • Feel the weight of your body, supported.
  • Take one slow breath in, then exhale and let it be easy.
  • Notice one pleasant thing, warmth, ease, quiet, steadiness.
  • Stay with that for a few breaths, without analyzing it.

(Stay for 2 to 5 minutes, or as long as it feels nourishing.)

“I do not have to earn this.”

“Safety can be simple.”

“My body remembers how to come home.”
